This style is taken from spring rolls which are similar in model but different in shape. Spring rolls are cylindrical where as sambosa are triangular in shape. When it is not any festival season you can find it in restaurants and order them as starters.
4. Kebabs
Without Kebabs Arabic food is incomplete, it is the most liking food across middle east. From lamb to chicken all kinds of meat are grilled and served. Even though they are grilled it consists of moistness, tenderness and crispy too. Mostly they are served with rice or wraps.
5. Felafel
Shawarma and Kebabs are most liking food in Saudi Arabia, even falafel also can be added to the list. But it is mostly preferred in breakfast meals. These are made up of grounded meat, beans, rolled into balls and fried in oil until they get boiled completely. Some eat them directly or dip in kind of sauce which is an addition to the taste.
